Chevelle is a very strong band and puts out music videos that are just as strong. This video is no exception. Let's talk about it.
This video starts in an insane asylum. Imagine waking up on a surgical bed with doctors looking over you for no reason that seems to be good. Then when you try to escape, you see that you were probably better off letting the doctors do whatever they were going to do with you. If I was in that position, I'd just throw myself out the window and just hope that i'm not on the top floor. In a lot of ways, this video kind of reminds me of Good Burger, only because it's placed inside an insane asylum. Like, this would be the place is Keenan and Kel didn't show up. I'm getting off topic, let's get back to it.
The whole video is Pete Loeffler trying to escape, only to wake up at the end in the same position as the beginning of the video as if he's stuck in some sort of time loop or they captured him and sedated him. There's really not much of a story here, but the cinematography of it all is amazing.
